Uploading your own file

This is great for quick one-off uploads—like a list of leads, survey responses, or exported reports.

Step-by-Step:

1. Log in to Questera Start by logging in using your credentials. You’ll land on your main dashboard.

2. Go to the Navigation Bar Look to the left and find the main navigation bar.

3. Click on “Datasets” This is where all your data lives in Questera.

1. Click “Add New Data Source” On the top-right, you’ll see a button to “Add New Data Source.” Click that.

   
2. Click “Upload CSV” If you don't want to connect a source, you’ll see an option to “Upload CSV” on the top left Click on it.

   
3. Drop Your File or Click to Browse You can drag your file into the upload area or click to browse and select it from your computer.

   
4. Map the Properties This is important: tell Questera what each column means by mapping it to a property (e.g., "email", "signup_date", "campaign_name"). This helps the system understand your data for better usage later.

   
5. Complete the Upload Once everything’s mapped, click import data, Questera will confirm that your data has been added.

1. Done! Your dataset is now available for use in dashboards, campaigns, or AI workflows.
