# Hubspot

HubSpot is an all-in-one marketing, sales, and customer service platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, automate marketing efforts, and track engagement across channels.<br>

**How it works**

**Step 1: Sign In & Access Settings**

1. Log in to your [HubSpot account](https://app.hubspot.com/).
2. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top navigation bar.

#### Step 2: Navigate to Private Apps

1. In the left sidebar, go to Account Management → Integrations.
2. Select Private Apps (under "Integrations").

#### Step 3: Create a Private App

1. Click Create a private app on the top right&#x20;
2. Fill in:
   * Name (e.g., "Questera Integration").
   * Description (optional, e.g., "For syncing contact data").

#### Step 4: Configure Scopes

1. Click the Scopes tab on the top-middle.

2. Add the following permissions:
   * Lists: Read and Write.

* Contacts: Read and Write.

* Memberships: Read and Write.

3. Click Update to save.

#### Step 5: Copy API Key

1. After saving, a popup will display your API Key.
2. Copy it immediately (it won’t be shown again).

#### Step 6: Integrate with Questera

1. Go to Questera’s HubSpot integration settings.
2. Paste the API Key and save.
3. Test the connection by syncing sample data.

That's it! You've successfully created a API key!
