**Overview:**

UI campaigns allow you to deliver highly targeted messages directly within your website or product interface where users are most engaged. With Questera’s AI-powered UI Campaign agent, you can design and deploy contextual nudges that feel native to your brand experience. Whether you're announcing a new feature, offering a discount based on behavior, or encouraging trial conversion, the agent helps create and personalize the campaign layout, text, timing, and audience segments.

The AI optimizes message frequency to avoid overwhelming users while testing different UI variants (banner, modal, slide-in, etc.) to learn what drives the most interaction. #### How to Create a UI Campaign in Questera

1. **Go to the Campaigns Section**\
   From the Questera Dashboard, navigate to the left-hand Navigation Bar and click on “Campaigns.”\

2. **Select UI Campaigns**\
   In the Campaigns section, click on “UI Campaigns.”\

3. **Click “Create Now”**\
   You’ll see a “Create Now”on the top-right corner , Click on it to begin the process of creating a new UI campaign.\

4. **Choose a Campaign Type**\
   A list of available UI campaign templates and use cases will appear. Browse the options and select the campaign that best fits your objective.\

5. **Enter Basic Campaign Details**\
   Fill in the basic information for your campaign — like campaign name, description, etc. — then click on “Let’s Get Creative.”\

6. **Customize the Campaign Theme**\
   A new page will open where you can customize the theme, layout, and appearance of the UI campaign to match your brand’s look and feel.<br>
7. **Define Your Target Audience**\
   Use Questera’s targeting tools to specify which users should see this campaign based on behavior, segment, or other conditions.<br>
8. **Check the Code (Optional)**\
   If needed, you can also view and modify the underlying code or structure of the campaign for advanced customizations.\

9. **Preview the Campaign**\
   Before publishing, click on **“Preview”** to see exactly how your campaign will appear to end users.\ <br>

10. **Publish the Campaign**\
    Once you’re happy with the setup, click **“Publish”.** The campaign will go live for the targeted users you selected.\ <br>
11. **Monitor Live Campaigns**\
    Head back to the Campaigns tab to **view the status of your live campaign** and track its performance.\ <br>
