# Push Notifications Campaigns

Push notifications are a powerful tool for driving engagement, especially on mobile. With Questera’s AI agent, you can craft short, impactful push messages that are personalized to each user’s behavior. The system intelligently determines the best time and frequency to send notifications, ensuring you avoid user fatigue while maximizing conversions. It can also test different message variants to see what resonates best with your audience.\
### How to Create Push Notification Campaign in Questera
1. **Navigate to Campaigns**\
From the Questera Dashboard Navigation Bar click on “Push Notifications”
2. **Select Push Notification.**\
Select **Push Notifications Campaign** Under the Campaigns section, click on “Push Notifications ” You’ll now see recommended templates for your push notification
3. **Click on “New Campaign”**\
To start a new Push Notification Campaign , click the **“New Campaign”** button.\
4. **Choose a Type of Push Notification Campaign**\
Select the Type of Push Notification Campaign and click on **“Start Creating.”**\

5. **Fill Out Campaign Details**\
On the next screen, enter all relevant campaign information like Campaign Title, message title , message campaign description and media(upload images or files if needed)
6. **Define the Audience Segment**\
Choose the audience segment you want to send the Push Notification to, based on filters like behavior, location, or engagement.
7. **Set Schedule**\
Schedule your email by selecting:\
Start Date\
End Date\
Send Interval\
8.**Preview Your Campaign**\
Click **“Preview”** to see how your Push Notification will look before sending it.
9. Publish Your Campaign\
Once satisfied, click **“Publish.”**\
Your Push Notification campaign is now live and will be delivered to your selected audience as scheduled.
