SEGA transforms your customer data into actionable audience clusters using intelligent segmentation logic. Rather than relying on rigid filters or manual CSV uploads, SEGA dynamically builds segments based on real-time behavioral signals, purchase patterns, demographics, and predicted intent. It addresses the critical challenge of outdated or generic audience targeting by ensuring your campaigns always hit the right user at the right time. SEGA empowers marketers to go beyond surface-level targeting offering precision segmentation that feeds directly into campaigns, experiments, and personalization engines. Open the Questera homepage and click on “Get Started” in the top navigation bar. Scroll to the “Ready to Launch AI Agents” section and select “Intelligent Segmentation Agent.”

Click “Duplicate” to start setting up SEGA and proceed through these four steps:

  1. Customize Your Agent Avatar: Enter the Agent Name, description, and tone of voice to align SEGA with your branding and communication needs.

  1. Core Instructions: Provide instructions for how SEGA should handle segmentation — such as grouping users by behavior, preferences, purchase history, or lifecycle stage.

  1. Abilities: Assign abilities to enable dynamic segmentation, real-time updates, demographic clustering, and more.

  1. Test and Deploy: Run a test session and finalize the deployment once SEGA meets your segmentation goals.click on Publish

With SEGA up and running, you can deliver more precise and personalized experiences to every segment of your user base.
