User Attributes

User Attributes are specific characteristics or traits associated with each user in your system. Think of them like labels or tags that describe users—such as name, age, email, subscription plan, last login, country, preferred language, or even custom attributes like “is_premium_user” or “referral_source.”

Questera allows you to define and track these attributes dynamically, either through your integrations or manual updates. These attributes play a crucial role in audience segmentation, workflow targeting, and personalized communication. For example, you can build a flow that sends a retention message to users who haven’t logged in for 7 days and are on a free plan. They also help enrich event tracking and analytics dashboards by adding deeper meaning to user behaviors.
