Drive Credit Usage with Hyper-Personalized Emails
Objective: Encouraging users to make the most of their available credits can increase their satisfaction and keep them engaged. The goal is to promote credit usage through tailored suggestions that are relevant to each user.
Solution: ELMA’s AI analyzes credit usage patterns and creates personalized email campaigns. These emails recommend actions users can take to get the most out of their credits, like using credits for premium features, services, or discounts.
Goals: The aim is to boost credit utilization, making users feel they are getting maximum value from their purchase. This can lead to higher satisfaction and increased likelihood of future credit purchases.
Steps:
Login to ELMA: Visit and log in using Google or a new email ID. Verify the OTP if applicable.
Set Up Account: Enter your name, company name, marketing goal, email frequency, and company size. Provide your company URL and click submit.
Integrate with Data Sources: Navigate to the Integrations tab and connect ELMA to your relevant data sources. Here you can connect Elma to your product analytics tool or data warehouse like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Snowflake, etc. This will help Elma understand user events and user data of your website. ELMA will use this data to personalize the campaign
Import Data: Once integration is complete, click on Import Data to sync recent customer data. This helps ELMA analyze user behavior effectively.
Connect with data: You can connect with these data sources or even upload csv file
Enter value: Enter the requested data and hit submit
Connection successful: The data source is connected successfully
Import event: Importing event from the data, events are generated
Map events: Map events as required
Segments: Click next the segments will be created for the data given
Events and segments: We can see all the events and segments and edit them accordingly
Create an Engagement Campaign: Navigate to Email Campaign and select an engagement template that encourages users to use their credits. If no suitable template is found, chat with ELMA for a customized one.
Personalize Content: Adjust the email to include tailored suggestions on how users can maximize their credits. Highlight relevant services or promotions.
Preview and Launch: Preview to check the email’s design and message. Once ready, launch the campaign.
Track Results: Go to Analytics to monitor how users respond. ELMA will suggest further content tweaks to enhance engagement.
