Convert Free Users to Paying Customers Effortlessly
Objective: Transitioning users from a free plan to a paid one can be challenging. The goal is to convince users of the additional value they’ll get with a premium subscription. ELMA helps by identifying high-potential users and sending personalized, persuasive emails at the right time.
Solution: Using AI, ELMA understands user behavior and detects when they are likely to upgrade. It then sends well-timed emails that emphasize premium features, address objections, and provide incentives, making the decision to upgrade easier.
Goals: The focus is on increasing the number of users who move from free to paid plans. A successful conversion campaign will boost revenue and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Steps:
Login to ELMA: Visit https://elma.questera.ai/login and log in using Google or a new email ID. Verify the OTP if applicable.


Set Up Account: Enter your name, company name, marketing goal, email frequency, and company size. Provide your company URL and click submit.


Integrate with Data Sources: Navigate to the Integrations tab and connect ELMA to your relevant data sources. Here you can connect Elma to your product analytics tool or data warehouse like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Snowflake, etc. This will help Elma understand user events and user data of your website. ELMA will use this data to personalize the campaign



Import Data: Once integration is complete, click on Import Data to sync recent customer data. This helps ELMA analyze user behavior effectively.

Connect with data: You can connect with these data sources or even upload csv file

Enter value: Enter the requested data and hit submit

Connection successful: The data source is connected successfully

Import event: Importing event from the data, events are generated

Map events: Map events as required

Segments: Click next the segments will be created for the data given

Events and segments: We can see all the events and segments and edit them accordingly

Create an Email Campaign: Navigate to Email Campaign and select a template. If no template matches, chat with ELMA and describe your goal to get a personalized template.

Edit and Customize: Adjust the email’s subject, content, and CTA to fit your brand voice. Add offers or testimonials if needed. By chatting with Elma.

Preview and Launch: Preview to see how the email will look, then launch the campaign when ready.
Track Results: Go to the Analytics tab to monitor how users respond to the recommendations. Use ELMA’s insights to further refine your content strategy.
