Overview: Questera’s Email campaign helps you craft, schedule, and optimize emails with ease. Whether you’re nurturing new leads or sending important updates, Questera adapts the tone and content to suit your goal and audience, Email remains a cornerstone of digital marketing. Questera's AI enhances email campaigns by personalizing content, optimizing send times, and analyzing engagement metrics to refine strategies.

How to Create an Email Campaign in Questera

  1. Navigate to Campaigns From the Questera Dashboard Navigation Bar click on “Campaigns.”

  1. Select Email Campaigns Under the Campaigns section, click on “Email Campaigns.” You’ll now see two options:

  • Create with AI

  • Create Manually

You’ll also find recommended templates to help you get started quickly.

  1. View Running Campaigns Scroll to the bottom of the page to see all your currently active and scheduled email campaigns.

  2. Click on “Create Campaign” To start a new email campaign, click the “Create Campaign” button.

  1. Choose a Type of email Select the template layout for your email and click on “Start Creating.”

  2. Fill Out Campaign Details On the next screen, enter all relevant campaign information like Campaign Title,Email Name,Email Subject Line,Media (upload images or files if needed)

  3. Define the Audience Segment Choose the audience segment you want to send the email to, based on filters like behavior, location, or engagement.

  4. Set Schedule Schedule your email by selecting:

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Send Interval

  1. Preview Your Campaign Click “Preview” to see how your email will look before sending it.

  2. Publish Your Campaign Once satisfied, click “Publish.” Your email campaign is now live and will be delivered to your selected audience as scheduled.
