Step-by-Step Process
Start from the Audience Tab From the Questera dashboard, click on “Audience” in the nav bar to open the Audience & Segments page.
Switch to the Segments View On the top-left corner of the Audience page, click on the “Segments” tab.
Click “Create Now” On the top-right of the Segments section, you’ll see a “Create Now” button. Click it to begin creating a new segment.
Create Segment Page Opens You’ll be taken to a page titled “Create a New Segment”.
Choose How to Create Use AI: Write a prompt like “Users who haven’t purchased in 30 days” and let Questera generate a segment for you.
Create Manually: Input a segment name and description, then define rules and filters such as: Users with a specific tag Users who clicked a link Users from a specific city or device type
Set Rules Use conditions and filters to specify exactly who should be in this segment (you can use AND/OR logic).
Click “Create Now” Once your rules are set, hit “Create Now” to finalize.
Segment is Ready! Your new segment will now appear in the list. It updates dynamically as users meet (or stop meeting) the criteria.
