How to Read User & Company Signals and Scores

1. Login to Questera

Begin by visiting the Questera platform and logging into your workspace with your account credentials.


2. Access the Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll land on the main dashboard, where you can see a summary of your workspace and access all major modules via the left-hand navigation bar (Nav Bar).


3. Navigate to the “Audience” Section

On the Nav Bar, find and click on “Audience.” This will open a full-screen view showing an overview of all your users and companies using your product.

You’ll see a list of users with filters, search options, and tabs to help you explore audience data, including:

  • All users

  • Segments

  • Analytics

  • User behavior breakdowns


View AI Scores and Signals for Individual Users

4. Select a Specific User

From the Audience list, scroll or search to find a user you want to know more about. Click on the user’s name or email ID to open their profile view.


5. Explore the User’s Profile

You will now land on the User page for the selected user.

Here’s what you’ll find:

AI-Generated Scores:

These are intelligent scores that help you understand a user’s intent and behavior. Common scores include:

  • Churn Risk Score – Likelihood of the user leaving your product.

  • Purchase Propensity – Probability of making a purchase or upgrade.

  • Engagement Score – How actively the user engages with your features.

  • Conversion Score – How likely they are to complete a goal.

  • Referral Score, Onboarding Score, and more.

Signals:

Real-time behavioral indicators, such as:

  • Session Count (Last 7 Days)

  • Email Open Rate

  • CTA Click Rate

  • Used Features Count

  • Pricing Page Visits

  • Cart Abandonment Amount

This helps you get a quick pulse on how recently and how deeply a user is engaging with your product.


View AI Scores and Signals for Companies / Organizations

6. Back to Audience → Companies

Return to the Audience view, look for an organization (company) listing. Questera automatically groups users into their respective organizations.

7. Click on a Company Name

Select the organization you want to analyze by clicking on its name (e.g., Amazon). This will open the Company Profile Page.


8. Explore the Company’s Profile

Inside the organization’s profile, you’ll see aggregated insights for that company:

AI-Generated Company Scores:

These scores reflect the overall health and potential of the company’s relationship with your product:

  • Engagement Health Score

  • Lifecycle Funnel Completion Score

  • Product Activation Score

  • Purchase Readiness Score

  • Trial Health Score

Company Signals:

These summarize behavioral patterns across users in that company:

  • Avg. Sessions per Active User

  • Feature Adoption Lag

  • Pricing Page Visit Rate

  • Trial Conversion Rate

  • Cart Abandonment Rate

This data helps you assess how a company is progressing and whether they are likely to churn, convert, or expand.
